Shipping & Returns
UPS Ground Carbon Neutral is our standard shipping method. However, other methods may be used, depending on factors such as the location of the goods (in storage at Green’s, or elsewhere), the specific product(s) for shipment, and the urgency for delivery. Green’s will inform the customer of the cost of shipping before completing an order.
Green’s, in its sole discretion, accepts the return of certain items it has sold. Merchandise items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Returns may be subject to restocking fees of up to 25%.
Unopened or unused items may be eligible for return if they are in the same condition in which they were shipped to the customer.
Any defective items must be approved for return by Green’s. In order for a defective item to be eligible for a return, Green’s must be notified in writing within thirty (30) days of the customer’s receipt of such defective items. Green’s shall have a period of sixty (60) days after receipt of such notification to cure such defect or to replace the defective item. Additional documentation of the defect may be required.
Tinted paints are not eligible for return; however, incorrectly tinted paints may be eligible for return upon approval of Green’s and compliance with the other conditions set forth herein.
No refunds or replacement items shall be given to the customer unless and until the returned items have been received, inspected and accepted by Green’s. Customer should mail all returned items to:
The customer is responsible for the costs of all return shipping or freight costs. Once the returned items have been received, inspected, and accepted, Green’s will refund the purchase price (less any amounts owed by the customer, including but not limited to any restocking fee) using the mode of payment which the customer used to purchase the items. If payment was made by check, Green’s will reimburse the customer by check after the customer’s check deposit has cleared into Green’s account.
